redefined my relationship with exercise.”

A former high intensity exercise obsessed runner, my exercise life has swung from daily HIIT sessions at Sydney studios to pounding the pavements of London.

I loved to sweat but I hated to be consistent.

Enter, pilates. 

A discovery of this low-impact, yet, sweat-inducing exercise entirely redefined my relationship with exercise.

For the first time in my life, I craved movement.

It was a sustainable form of exercise that kept me coming back for more.

I slowly became obsessed with the human body through comprehensive training in mat and reformer pilates in London and went on to create a style of workout that is efficient and challenging, yet effective.

I now have a single purpose.

I want to help people define a new relationship with exercise.

One that is consistent, sustainable and that will last a lifetime.

It just so happens, pilates is the way I hope to do that.
