FAQs

why pilates?

Harder, longer, faster. Key words we associate with exercise that we think is most effective. But, what if we don’t need to put our body through high-stress over long periods of time to get results, or simply, to do something brilliant for our bodies? We don’t think you need to.

The define pilates method is a layered movement approach to create muscle tone and strength in any body through isolation and intensification of those muscles in the most time efficient and effective way.

We deliver movement that our bodies crave, not movement our bodies dread.

who is pilates for?

Simply anyone who wants to move, strengthen their mind and body while increasing their muscle tone.
